Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 5 years of residential history and contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that the applicant's combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Keeping a pet requires consent from management, payment of applicable fees/deposits, and execution of a Pet Addendum. We abide by the terms of the Federal Fair Housing Act.

Rental Criteria

Non-refundable application fee. Each potential resident 18 and over is required to pay an application fee.

Identification. All applicants over the age of 18 must provide a current photo identification at the time of application.

Rental/mortgage history. Verification of current and/or previous residence(s), a minimum of six months history is required. We will research a maximum of five (5) years. No applicant or occupant will be accepted with a rental eviction record.

Employment/income. Verification of current employment or a verifiable source of income. All applicants' combined monthly gross income must equal at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Credit history. We will request a comprehensive credit report from a credit reporting agency.

Criminal history. Applicants will be asked to disclose any prior arrests, convictions or pending criminal actions. A criminal background check will be conducted.

Insurance. Resident will be required to pay $15/mo to RPM for a Property Damage Loss Waiver.

Timing. An application takes approximately 2–3 days to process. Once approved, a security deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold the property.
